NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF REGULAR ELECTION
BY THE DESIGNATED ELECTION OFFICIAL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Market Station Metropolitan District No. 2, City and County of Denver, Colorado, that at the close of business on the sixty-third day before the election there were not more candidates for director than offices to be filled, including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates; therefore, the election to be held on May 6, 2025, is hereby canceled pursuant to Section 1-13.5-513, C.R.S.

The following candidates are declared elected:

Mark Falcone - until the second regular election (May 8, 2029)

Lenn Moldenhauer - until the second regular election (May 8, 2029)

Vacant - until the next regular election (May 4, 2027)
